Hayley Orantia is an American actor, musician and singer. Many people recognize her as Erica Goldberg, from the TV show, 'The Goldenbergs. She considers herself to be an artist first and foremost. Music is her first love, she maintains; it is something she has dabbled into when she was just nine years old. Her first training began in the field of professional music when she was 12 years old. After experimenting with songwriting, she only recorded the album with music covers when she was 14. Since then there has been nothing but positive. Orrantia is a native American who has Hispanic origins. She has Hispanic roots even though she spoke English when she was a kid and spent her entire life in America. To keep it, she has learned Spanish and created songs that are in Spanish. "Hasta Verte," a track that she wrote in Spanish is a good example. Orrantia was a part of The X Factor season 1's auditions in the summer of 2011. Orrantia was the winner of the initial season of The X-Factor after she submitted an YouTube performance video. She was awarded an impressive four "yes" votes from the judge during the live stage show in Seattle. Although she originally auditioned in a single performance during "Hollywood Week" the singer, along with three female performers were placed in an ensemble for the remainder in the selection process. The live shows were held during the week of 5th.
